Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any issues, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, ensure the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and retain the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Initiating a Return: Contact us at info@earthslittlehelper.com to begin the return process. Upon receipt and verification of the item's condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Procedure: Items sent without prior return request won't be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately. We'll assess the issue and ensure it's resolved.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. All sale and gift card purchases are final.
Exchanges
To expedite getting the item you desire, return the item and, once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
